I have been hearing about a firmware upgrade for a long time, does anyone have any information?
Is the company still afloat? Judging from the dates in this forum, it looks like the user community has given up. They have even let the site SSL certificate expire.
Thanks
...but we're still here.

We are currently working on a firmware update which will have the following features:
1. Improved audio quality across all sample rates. The fix will reduce the amount of packet loss and packet drops that users hear across network connections with high jitter levels and poor quality of service
2. Hard Clipping on Instrument Input eliminated
3. Adding 6dB boost to headphone output
4. Input Clip light in UI…connected to input saturation
5. Packet drop light in UI
6. Improved error handling to eliminate crashes during 4-way sessions
